What do the numbers stamped inside a wheel mean?

What do the numbers stamped inside a wheel mean?
I bought a set of black steelies for the winter, and inside the rim is stamped:
made in USA 16x6.5 JJ DOT CT&W 8 22 2006 LC I.D.
Naturally I get the made in USA part, as well as the 16x6.5.
I am guessing the 8 22 2006 is date of manufature.
But what is the JJ, and the LC I.D?
Inside diameter maybe? Some kind of code?
