tpms bypass?

I'm new to the site, but I do have a question. I have a 2005 grand touring rx8, and just bought new 19" tires and rims. The TPMS light is coming on and I know it's because the sensors are not on the rims. I have read a few posts and noticed that several members have installed 19's on there rides. The rims are OZ rims that look great on the car. I'm not real concerned with the TPMS system in general. Gotta love AAA. Any help would be great.

https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-do-yourself-forum-73/diy-cover-tpms-light-47499/ You might laugh but that really is the best way. There has been no proven way to disable the TPMS light.

Thanks, I read a couple of other posts and I'm really not into pulling the dash to get to a wiring harness. Maybe one day, just not today.
