Paul has a good point... I would put the springs and shocks on and then do the sways later.
Personally, I have no complaints with the stock sway bars and can't really imagine that I would be fractions of a second per lap faster had I changed them.

Anyway, you have the benefit of trying all this stuff out, so you might want to have fun with that, rather than just put it all together at once.

Would it be worth tryin the shocks on a very soft setting with the springs and sways and gradually increase the stiffness as i gain more comfort with it?

Kind of as a way to soften the transition from pure OEM suspesnison components to all Aftermarket pefromance compnonents

Personally I'd suggest first going with the springs and shocks (assuming the Tokicos or other adjustables), then experiment with the stiffness and see if you really want/need stronger sways. Some of the guys who raced Autox at nationals used stock bars, some used other bars. Do a search and read all you can on sway bars, both here in the Suspension forum and in the Racing forum.
