TireWorks Deal. Need Help

Just heard on the radio that tireworks is having a deal buy 2 tires get 2 free, the only catch is you have to buy the road hazard for all 4 tires. Only tires not included are anything special order, aka general tire, and also pirellis arent.

Was going to go w/ general exclaim uhp, but since they arent apart of the deal was looking for some suggestions for 245/40/18 tires for my stock rims. atm i just use my car as a daily driver, but once some of my parts start call for replacement i plan on upgrading. ie bhr coils etc.

Well I live in vegas so it rarely snows and besides this year it doesnt really rain. Summer time is normally 100+ degrees F and it's not humid.

Then a good summer tire is in order. I've read good things about the Bridgestone RE760, Falken RT-615, Nitto Invo, Kumho Ecsta SPT... The choices are fairly broad in this category.
