They're fine in the rain, I've tracked in the rain, and driven in the rain for 2 years with them. No difficulties, no sliding, no washout. They only time they have any issues is when they're cold cold.... before you've driven on them a few miles....then they are a bit "slippery feeling" if you pour the power on, esp. in turning, even in dry weather.
