Tein S tech and 19 inch wheel owners help

I just need some help about my car, one side is lower than the other, only by half an inch but its bugging me, I got into an accident, got the car fixed but then found this oit and havent had time to go to the dealership yet to see what is wrong, (if there is something wrong)
I have 19 inch wheels with Tein s techs and i want to know the gap in inches from the end of your wheel to the end of the fender, end/start whatever.

this is where i mean

i will really appreciate any help

LOL!!! this is funny already,...Don if you take it your dealership, i dont think its coverd as warranty work, you already voided your suspension part on it when you threw those springs on...did you preload? i threw on my swifts and i preloaded and everything on my car looks even...what ever the case is good luck with your findings

He has actually preloaded at least once that I have read, so I don't think that is it. Beyond that I would say take it in. Yeah, it sucks having to pay someone to do something but getting your car where you are happy w/ it sometimes means paying someone else.

Did they replace suspension parts? If so you may have stock replacement parts on your car.....Other then that I think maybe the front springs or rear springs are on the right and left? This cant be too hard to check out, just go to who repaired the vehicle and see what was replaced or check your bill. Post back with some facts because I'm interested what the deal is, was your gap like that before the accident?

deja vu.

Taking it into the dealership won't help much, this is most likely due to the accident you had DonJuan. The wheel took a pretty big beating and I'm sure the control arms / frames felt some of that impact.

I know you've been busy but the best option here really is to take it to another shop, have them diagnose the frame (measure it) and if they find it's not straight / even, go back to the original shop and have them correct it.

This'll involve some time and possible some more $$$ (to have an independent shop look at it) but if you want your car fixed right, it's unfortunately a necessary evil.

Let's tone it down here, please and try to keep the posts relative or take it to PMs, and if you 2 can't stand each other, try using the ignore feature. It's a lot less painful than the ban feature.

No void unless they can prove its the problem.

I preloaded the springs for him, and that's not the case. It must be something else, you honestly couldn't even tell the difference unless you own the car and you see it on a daily basis.

all you need to do is get it on an level lift and get someone to show you how to measure the frame height..

that will tell you where to start..

if you take it back to the place that worked on it, you are starting behind.

good luck.

beers
