Tein Flex Damper question???

I got my set of tein flex dampers in the other day and was reading throught the instructions and was wanting to verify that when you turn the upper damper adjustment all the way to hard (clockwise) it will stop. then you can adjust it softer by turning it counter clockwise 16 clicks.

The thing that puzzled me was that the adjustment **** will click way more that 16 times counter clockwise, from the full clockwise stopped position.

Is their a reason for this???? And am I correct about the adjustments???

i found the same thing, mine clicks like 25 times. i think it says in the manual that you can damage the struts by setting it past 16 though. so whenever i want to readjust my damping i turn it all the way clockwise to full hard and always count out from there.

That is what I am doing as well. I was just seeing if that is what everyone else was doing. The instructions said that it could damage the dampers if you set it outside of the 16 point range, so I didn't want to just go by what I thought was right. thanks for the input SCSI.
