Tanabe front strut

Found this bar online for a 100 bucks. Wanted any feedback good price good bar and does the engine cover still fit.

Bar looks thin enough that the engine cover might still fit. But looking at those joints, I'd have my doubts if it'd have much torsional rigidity...

Looks like it's doubled up under the nut. Tanabe claims a reinforced lip on the brace to reduce flexing. Also depends what it's made of. Tanabe is suposed to be quality stuff. Might not be as stout as a 4 pt but perhaps much better than stock.

looks just like stock but chrome IMO
