Swapped back to OEM shocks, now front is way to high and back is to low?????

I feel like I did something wrong, because now that I have put the oem shocks/springs back on, the Front is WAY to high (I can literally put a whole fist between the tire and the fender, and the rear is only 2 fingers from the fender and rubs every corner I take.

Is there something that would be holding up or down the suspension?? Any ideas at all???

did you 'pre-load' the fronts?
The rear sounds normal...

Yeah I thought with the size wheels n tires I have that the rear was normal, but the front is just so high.
Define preload? because the oem front doesnt have a spring adjusting height ring on it like the coilovers...?

RX8 Soldier is correct. I made this mistake not long ago and I've been working on cars for decades (Embarrassing).

If you tighten control arm bolts without the weight of the car being applied to the suspension (No pre-load as in while still suspended off the ground) it will remain wrongly adjusted as in too high. This is related to bushing types etc as well.

Paul.

ok so I preset them, made about an inch or so of difference but theres still a huge difference between the front n rear. front theres about 3-4 fingers of clearance and rear is only like barely one : /
