Speed Star D5R Wheels
Are the Speed Star D5R from Tire Rack soft enough to be *prone* to pot hole damage?
I really like the bronze anodized look. Wheels must be partly forged aluminum as I can't find construction specifics beyond 20 lbs 5 oz. each.

The "soft" inquery arises due to what I read on this site about SSR G2something wheels being more resistant to damage if one hits a pothole than some other brand (Kosie?) the gentleman looking at. Posters replied and said go with SSR because they're stronger.
The Speed Star D5R are about $80 less than the SSR G___ and my kind of color.
So......what are your opinions about the D5R at Tire rack? To find the wheels, skim through the choices in 18" until the last screen. Dealer here said 20# 5 oz.
