Which sizes should i get?

Enkei Performance Series RZ-5
Finish: Gunmetal w/Mach Lip

they are avilable in:

18 x 7.5 +42

18 x 8.5 +42, 35, or 24

18 x 9.5 +42, or 25

stock suspension

I'm thinkin 7.5 +42 and 8.5 +35
but then what tire sizes?
225/40 front
245/40 rear?
thanks

Not my style, also depends on what you want to do whit your car, but I would get a off set. Thats just me.
You can run the 18X8 or 8.5 with a 35 and 40's.

Don't care about on road handling and the fact that I may get a little more understeer. Just driving from place to place not racing on the streets. I have my autocross rims and rubber for all out driving where that stuff actually matters. Just looking for a cheap decent looking set of rims for the street. Which set up is going to push them flush with the edges?

In the back I have 18X8 with a 40 off set and its just under the wheel well.
So if you go any lower you might rub BUT nothing a DIY rolling of the fender job wont fix Hell my friend did his fender roll with a baseball bat, dam its good job!
As of right now my car is my daily driver and I have Kumho Ecsta SPT tires, that are great for the price, quite too. But might need replacing after 30K or so.
I'm thinking of doing a 18X9 with a 35 off set for the back and moving my 18X8 40 off set to the front.

I am running the SPT's currently also, I drive 50% highway and 50% twisty mountain roads at speed. I find the SPT's to be loud when pushed and wear very quickly, but the price is too good to pass up.
I will not be changing the suspension, I autocross in BS and want to stay there.

I'm thinking 7.5 +42 front and 8.5 rear +35 which should look good with noticable lip size differences, right?

Don't want 9.5's due to having to stretch tires on them, and offsets of 24 or 25 is too much might be beyond flush?
thanks for your help

does the more offset give more understeer or more oversteer? i am gonna get the enkei racing series too but dont actually know much about it....but for the width, would 18*8 take 245 tires with no problem on looking and handling? or it wouldnt, whats the best wheel width to go for if i want 245 tires? thanks...

Unless you are driving at the absolute limit it really does not matter what sizes you pick, from a handling standpoint. If you want to autocross on this setup and you want lap times over look than it matters. If driving daily on the street you will not notice a difference. All these people who are freaking out about oversteer/understeer must be trying to set fastest times driving to and from work/school. Offsetting tire widths front to back will affect understeer/oversteer, wider rears would give more understeer for the simple fact that there will be more rubber on the road. 245's are perfect for 8 inch rims. Street setup for me is all about look, i have my autocross rims and tires for performance.

See thats the thing you have to play with it to get it right. With my off set I have oversteer. But if you have to much understeer in a rwd car you can go into a spin thus oversteer. Some run the same off set front and back. So they have grip all around. I want that oversteer but thats just me.
