Well..........with the way your question is phrased.........they should!
It's possible there is one out there without either the front or rear, but I wouldn't want to be in it!

Uh, keeping it sway bar related...
I've seen people recommend upgraded anti-roll/sway bars as the first suspension mod, because it supposedly doesn't hurt ride quality when going straight. It only helps stiffen the car by minimizing flex during cornering, correct? Can anyone attest to that?
