is it right?
I had malfunction tpms for awhile since new tires install. This is the way I rule out the bad one: I lower the pressure each tire at a time down to 25 psi, then turn the car on, the light got on, then I increase that tire pressure back to normal 33 psi and the light disappeared, then 1 out of the 4 tires: the light did not turn on at all, so I consider that will be the bad dude, Am I right doing like this w/ out paying the dealer 90 dollars to be diagnosed?

the sensors arent very sensitive so personally, I'd take the pressure down to like 10 or 15 psi to make sure.
That's a good method though.
What maks you think you had a malfunction with a sensor?

I did this before I post though, and I did rule out the bad one ( I think). BUt never confirm it b/c I did not have spare TPMS sensor. The shop which installed my new tires mess it up back in dec 2008, but refuse to correct the prob. After driving about 15 minutes, the light will be on blinking all the time. The reason I post this threat b/c I want to buy maybe 1 sensor and get it install to get rid of the prob. But i have to point out to the shop the bad tpms instead let them cost me extra money to run the test for 4 wheels.
