IL Replacing rear upper control arms?

I just got my pair of Megan Racing adjustable upper control arms (http://www.jmautoracing.com/20032010...s-p-50588.html)
I couldn't find a DIY for replacing them. Does anyone know how difficult it is replacing them?
or even how to do it? If there is a thread could someone please post the link? I will be searching around google and whatnot in the meantime.

Thanks again
~Danny

Wink

1 - Look in box to see what a rear upper control arm looks like,
2 - Unbolt bit of car resembling new part,
3 - Bolt new bit in same holes as the old one.....

Seriously, it doesn't come with an instruction sheet?
Not even in chinese?
