I got a pm from Donny that my wheels havent even shipped yet so he doesnt have a tracking number.

 

Did you get yours painted?

 

yeah, you? He said he took the orders that were waiting 3-4 weeks. He told me two weeks ago that they would be here in the next few days. I am just mad because I might not be home when the wheels come in because ill be in camp. Yes im 16, and no my parents are paying for the wheels/parts. Lol
Anyways, I hope we get these wheels in soon to you know, show off a little bit.

I posted last week that most of our orders would ship last week. That was true, but naturally, all of our older orders had to be shipped first, because those people had been waiting longer. If I told you something different on the phone, I apologize. I may have had your order confused with one of the older ones. I'll find out the status on your order today and send you a PM.

 

No, mine are silver. So no painting required. That is why I am getting mine sooner than you. Tomorrow, in fact

it seems like it's been a painfully long time to get orders fulfilled and received.

 

they have to powder coat the rims, and they can only do it in batches i think to keep costs down.

unless you order silver, they're gonna take longer

 

Got them in tonight.

I only opened two boxes so far, but both are perfect condition, not a scratch or dent to be found.

The rims are extremely lightweight. I can grab a rim and wave it around in the air with one hand.

Just ordered a set of 255/40/18 kdw-2s tonight... so late next week I should have them in.

hehe. i should be getting my tires tues or wed, but i'm not going to be using the rims till I get my new ceramic brake pads first..

 

Quick question regarding offset.. anyone out there know what offset i should get on the Volk CE28's 18x8.5 ? Also is there a difference between the CE28's and the CE28N's if so what is the difference?

I was looking at the title of the thread RAYS/VOLK/GRAM LIGHTS i figured i would be able to ask a question regarding some RAYS/VOLK wheels here and hopefully have someone help me out... possibly/maybe.. so if you have the answer to the question then it would be greatly appreciated.. yeah, but you posted the same thing in some other threads. And in this case, it has nothing to do with the rim being sold.

 

The stock is almost gone. If anyone has been waiting, now is the time to buy. There are 3 sets of silver left (that could also be painted), and one (1) set of Gunmetal at the powdercoater. Once these are gone, that's it...

Mine came in today!! Thanks again Donny, I appreciate all the help!!

Unfortunately, the car is at the dealer with a messed up transmission so I wont be able to get them mounted to post pics for a while........

 

I got my tires in today. Will get them mounted tomorrow, so I can show a preliminary photo, though nothing "real" till I get in my new lug nuts and brake pads. I don't want to drive on the new rims till then.

 

I want mine, or atleast a tracking number, or at worst case an update.

 

Just ordered my time attacks black and red..... i hope im in time!!!!!!!!!!!
