Quick question about fastening wheel locks

Quick question about fastening wheel locks

Hey all

So the dealer never installed my wheel locks. Can I just take 1 lug off and then torque the new one back to spec or should I loosen all and then tighten them all properly as if I've changed the tire?

yes,

you can just replace the one
and the correct tq is 108 ft lbs..
