I've tried searching but all I found was stuff in the for sale section.

I am about to buy a new wheel today (one of my wheels is actually bent), but the new wheel does not have a "stem" or TPMS.

My question then would be: can I take off the TPMS and stem off the old wheel and put it on the new wheel??

If this new wheel accept TPMS, then yes. I rebuild kit may be required so you don't develop a slow leak.
