question about wheel fitment?

hey guys i remember reading a thread about a simaliar setup but i cant find the thread to use as a refrence, i am planning on purchasing some 19" rims next week i have a choice between two offsets (38 or 44) i want to get 19x9.5 on front and rear but unsure of what offset would be better to go with? i am planing on running 245/35/19 tires with megan coilovers...

any help would be appreciated

thanks!

Greg

if anyone knows which thread i am talking about that would help as well i believe the wheels where a chrome enkei wheel on a blue rx8

Both should fit, but you might have to with a 30 series tire instead of 35.

I'd go +44 to be safe, I ran 17X9.5 Enkeis on my blue RX-8 with no issues, they were +44 offset.
