Pics - SSR GT7s and Oz Ultraleggera
I got my street wheels mounted up recently - SSR GT7s, light grey, 18x8.5.
Also, I bolted my autocross wheels on today for the event tomorrow - Oz Ultraleggera, silver 18x8.
Thought I'd post some pics for those who are interested.
The tires on the Ultraleggeras are a bit short in the sidewall, so they appear to have a bigger wheel well gap.
I can't decide which of my new children is prettier. Which do you like better?

The Ozs weigh 18.4 lbs, the SSRs are listed at 20.3 (Tirerack weights).
I got quite a few compliments on the Ozs at the autocross yesterday. The bright silver finish looks good against the Ti Grey paint, although I still like the design of the SSRs better, at least against the RX-8 bodywork.
BTW, several competitors either had the Ultraleggaras on, or were planning on buying some soon. I predict the UGs will become a common choice for the stock class autocross crowd.

**** the both look nice on your car and thanks for the pictures really been wondering what they've looked like on a rx8. How about just alternativing sets of wheels every month and have the best of both worlds? jk....

Not to rain on the parade, but OZ UG is not phenomenal by any stretch of means.
For now, it is the best choice for the money and availability. The hope is that Enkei will wake up
one day and start producing RPF1/RP03 with the conforming bolt pattern, for BS on top of STU.

Here I thought I had such a phenomenal parade and you went and rained on it.
All I said is that it will be a common choice...
