i just speak for myself since i got my car lowered last week.
lowering springs --- $180
shocks --- $570 (you can pass this to use stock ones, but not recommended)
labor --- $400+ (i don't have the skills to do it myself) and labor cost depends on regions.

I'd just roll with some Tein S-Tech Springs. It's what I've got now. I'm gonna be getting Tein Mono Flex coilovers hopefully over the winter, but ya the S-techs are sweet. You can get the for as low as low as 160 bucks. One site I happened to see them at is modacar.com and any local shop would prolly get them for you too.

Depends what springs you get and if you also do stuff like shocks. If you just get the eibachs (springs only), it'd probably cost around $400 for the springs and around $200-300 for installation, based on my experience. That would be the next best mod, to lower the car.

Aside from that, I don't know if you really need/want a spoiler. While I have the MS wing and love it, your car looks really clean and quick as it is and it is very expensive. The front air dam would be a nice addition, however.

Coilovers Are Adjustable springs usually comes with stuts . then you have your regular lowering springs which is just springs.

My paint was roughly 4500. I got a really good deal. I also got the back of the driver and passenger seats and the piano black trim pieces on the door and the silver trim on the center counsel painted to match the exterior.

Go with the S-techs for now unless you're ready to get coilovers for about 1500+ Eventually you might want to get them though. I happy with the ones I got and will prolly be getting a set of coilovers this spring.
