Hey Darksyde,
Yes stock suspension but not for long and absolutely no rubbing issues whatsoever. We don't have TPMS here in Canada but I'm pretty sure they do not support them. But other than that I say go for it ... they're awesome wheels and I have absolutely no regrets!

thanks, it's lowered roughly about 26 inches off the ground to the fender. The ride quality is great with the zeals, a lot better than the jics flta-s I had on before.
