G2 Caliper Paint system, info at TireRack, is probably the best DIY paint out there. Pretty pricey, but you may find a better deal on eBay.
Duplicolor also has a similar kit for 1/2 the cost. And there's always the very inexpensive can of caliper paint at your neighborhood autozone for a couple bucks. You will get what you pay for. Hope this helps!
