if you have a stock car or anything short of a turbo you're going to slow your car down quite a bit.

Much better choice! They look great and they're much lighter weight, just as a sports car's wheels should be!

The other ones you were considering looked good, but if it were me the weight difference would nag at me with voices in the back of my mind saying:... "you could be faster, but you're slower". Followed by, "you need to get these voices checked out by a doctor"...

Regarding the voices yes they started shouting at me and I don't like doctors

yikes, my 255/30's are pretty stretched, those 245/40's might be as well. (then again, that's 2 whole jumps in sidewall so maybe not?) So when are you lowering it?

For someone who's serious about getting the Pettit Supercharger, how would that person go about it? Their website says it's still under development. Is yours a prototype?

no it is not a prototype. The web site is in the process of being over hauled. I would call over there and talk to Cam or Moon 561-844-2258. They are installing them there and shipping them out fot DYI. Where are you located if your close enough go by the shop. They will take you for a spin. I am in Pembroke Pines if your close to me I can take you for a spin.

They are awsome at Pettit.

Excellent. I'm debating between the CE28's and the RE30's. Please post pics when they are mounted.
