Oops, no "s" at the end. Try it again.

I will tell you how it goes this weekend. From the instructions, the rear will be very simple. There are no fender liner removal required. I won't need to roll the front so no issues there.

How do you like the Flex and what wheel are you going with?

Also Ra, Good luck with the fender roll. If I go wider in the rear, I may have to tap into your expertise again.

love the TEIN's, but I bought them for track use, and am willing to put up with the nuances. I am looking at daily wheels now, and going to test fit some TSW Thruxton's this weekend, I have a friend selling his, so it is an inexpensive way to change out the stock wheels. Provided they fit. I think they get a bad rap around here, as being cheap, or crappy, and I am not sure why. But I like them, they compliment the color of the Ti well, and I am not going to spend a fortune on wheels like Volk's or any of those high end wheels, and then have to wait months to get them.

Fitment

LOL lots of rammbling!
I can show you how to make HP from a 13B! Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of tire/wheel sizes on an rx8 (04)? It's a daily driver, love the power plant, but would like to sharpen to overall look with a tire/wheel upgrade ? Maybe a 19"? Tire size(s)?

I race turbo 13B'S off road in sandrails ( race fuel, proper advance and boost), nothing beats it!

I recently acquired a RX8, and know nothing about tire (on road) size, specs, OD, ID, width etc. (offset??)

I've read about 18", 19" and 20"wheels , as well as tire sizes.
My goal is to have 2 set's, one for daily driving., and the 2nd for auto cross. Any thoughts?

would a 19x10 +45 with a 275 tire with rolled fenders and lowered fit on a 8 without the inner side of the wheel rubbing the strut tower?

it was my b day yesterday and i was given some new rims to me by my boy. i just got my 8 as well so im super stoked to be in the game now. my question is though the rims that were given to are supposed to fit but im curious as to what size tires i need. the rims are 19" zinik z21 with +45 mm offset. my understanding is that that will fit. and im getting tein s tech springs. so keep that in mind when suggesting tire sizes. thanks for the help guys. sorry im a newb.

Ok I posted on here a while back. New set up.
Rims: 19x8.5 +15
tires: 245/35/r19
Megan lowering springs -1.8 front -1.5 rear
Will I have to get a smaller tire and stretch and camber like crazy or can I make this setup work?
