OEM 16" or OEM 18'' better?
OEM 16 inch, RX8 rim (package for auto)

-OR-

OEM 18 inch, RX8 rim (usual)


which one better in perfomance?
is there a different between the 2 interms of using them in Auto and manual 8?

maybe you guys have different spec brake systems....

the 16" from a series 8 FD would not fit the Aussie spec RX8

No - same spec here in USA. 16s will not fit on Manual - in fact some 17s will not. Calipers 'too big' - NOT.

oh~ you mean the pins between the 16'' and 18'' is different?
or its just that they can't fit those brakes?

The 16 inch wheels will not fit over the front brake calipers / rotors in the Manual RX-8.

how about the other way around?
i have an auto 8, the 16'' rims come with the car. i was wondering wether i can get a sets of 18'' oem rims.

The 18s will fit the auto.

And there a several 17" wheels that will fit the MTs and ATs.

You need to become freinds with the search function before posting common questions...
