New wheels for Sunlight Silver RX-8 - what would u choose?

Hey All,

I have 3 wheels shortlisted for summer. I of course would love to go out and spend $$$ on Volks, Rays or RH...but no, it needs to be something more practical. The choices are all 18s x 7.5...

Would appreciate your thoughts!

All the best
Wayne

I dont want to be rude, but why are you going with a smaller width?

I choose the 1st as well.

Hey guys,

Thanks for your feed back - heres all the additional info. These are the best rims I could find that resemble the MS Rims, except for the Konigs. They have a class of their own.

1. ENKEI ZR2
Largest size is 18 X 7.5 / 42 offset
19.6lbs
http://www.enkei.com/HPSpecPAGES/zr2Specs.html
$300 - 330 a rim

2. Exel RH-5 (Gunmetal)
(mimics RH Style)
18 x 7.5 (225/40/18)
19.5 lbs
http://www.wheelmax.com/Wheels/exel/exel.htm

3. KONIG HOLES GUNMETAL/GRAPHITE
18 X7.5 ( cant find any larger )
Not sure of weight 18.5 - 19.5
http://www.wheelnext.com/product.phtml?p=254

So I cant go larger, there seems to be no 19's available. Perhaps someone else knows that there is?

What wheels are on the G35, looks like rays gramlights..

Thanks guys...make me buy soon! :-)

Japan - maybe the ADR, not sure if the other rims would be my taste. thx for the help!

I'll post pics next month after a purchase. Going to call our local axis dealer to see if he stocks the hiros.

Thanks for the feedback!
