New tires that won't wear out so quickly?

I'm at the end of a stock-size pair of Kumho Ecsta SPTs. I daily drive my 8 throughout the entire year, don't ever go to the track. I guess i drove these hard because I got them new in November and now they're almost completely bald! I was talking to my neighbor and he mentioned that he runs the same tires but he never rotates them, because once a year he puts the fronts on the back and buys a new set for the front lol

So i'm looking for something that's going to wear a bit more slowly. They don't have to be super performance tires, but I don't want to drive around on marshmallows either. I was hoping sombody who'd put 20-30k miles on a set of tires could chime in with their opinion? I've read a lot of threads giving reviews, but most of them are written by people who have less than 1000 miles on their new tires, which doesn't really tell me much.

I've been looking at Goodyear Eagle GTs, and Falken ZE912s, anybody have an opinion on those?

Did your tires wear evenly? Also, would you happen to have a rough estimate of the mileage on these tires?

They wore pretty evenly, but it looks like i have 2 sets of tires right now. They've all got really low tread, but the ones on the front are almost slick. I bought the car with 49k miles on it in August of last year, got the new tires in the end of November with somewhere in the mid to low 50k range, and now I've just rolled over 70k miles. So in all no more than 20k miles on them.

i had the goodyear eagle gt (all season). I had no complaints about them but never ran in the snow. I really never pusshed the really hard but had some fun with them on. I rotated every oil change 3k. I put ~10k on them and they at 65-70% when i got rid of the rim and tire set up for something new. I picked them because of good wear knowing i was not going to push them. I would look at the cont. DWS if your willing to spend a bit more, ive heard nothing but good things as far as ride, noise, and quality.
