Tires: Curry's Auto, there's one in Sterling off 28 as well, I believe.
Springs: Try PBC (Performance Buyers Club), they're down at the 50/28 interchange and cater towards Mazdas.
When I was down in southwest VA I had shocks, springs, and an alignment done (on my last car) for $220, but the labor rates up here are so much higher. Just grab the yellow pages and call around to a few places, most places that do brake work generally do suspension work as well.

answered my own question....found a place for cheap! they'll do it for $160, no more than $200...FYI
