Goodwin Sells a set of plastic HUBRINGS. They arrived after install, cause I ordered them as an after thought. Haven't installed them yet.

I just got a set of RPF1s from Tire Rack. I mistakenly thought they would some with centering rings and I also thought I could transfer the stock rings. Wrong on both counts.

Furthermore, the rings are out of stock at tirerack, so I ordered them from Goodwin.

Which leaves with the following question:

Will the caps snap on after I put on the wheels, or do I have to wait for the caps?

FYI, Metal hubrings for the RPF1's $20.00 shipped.

The caps can snap on with the wheels on the car. no worries.

i have the caps in stock as well.

Good, because impatience already trumped expediency... the wheels are on the car.

Finally dropped the car. Tokico D-Spec & Tein S-Techs. Got the car aligned at -1 degree neg camber, over the next 2 weeks the new suspension settled and I started getting a little rubbing with moderate pavement changes. Had it aligned again at -1.3 ALL GOOD.

Extra Grip? Like you wouldn't believe! The same onramps and exit ramps I can take 10mph faster and no tire squeal. Now you have to empty the seats & trunk or have things TIED down.

For the uneducated, what is the function of the "centering" rings and are they needed?
