Not a fan of the blinging, chrome, pimpin, etc. style. But, hey those are yours. That's your car. That's your money. Roll it. Spin it. Spend it. Do your thing, man. Do your thing. I aint mad at ya.

Now if you want tacky, I saw a guy with a NICE 3000GT ... with freakin hubcap spinners. That was far enough to push me into the hypocrisy of what I just said.

 

Thanks everyone for your comments concerning my wheels. I knew when posting on this site everyone would shoot from the hip and speak their mind. I promise my next set of rims will be 19" and will be close to stock rim weight. :D

 

I took one more look at your rims. I still say they look great. Personally I am into easy cleaning wheels, so a lot of detail always says there is a lot of hours required to keep them looking as nice as they do in you pic's. :p

I will say one thing, they really make a signature tatement.
Before you run out and replace them, remember, it is your car, and your taste.

I find it interesting that you feel you need to assure anyone on this forum that you will conform to their tastes. I don’t see anyone offering to pay for the mods to your car so that it will end up the way they want it.

If you need approval for your choices, do yourself a favor. Go look in the mirror and if that guy agrees with you, then your doing the right thing. No one else matters.

I am amazed at everyone who demands that everyone conform to their likes and tastes. I thought it was great that after a time that there would not be two RX8s that looked exactly alike. Seems there are those who feel that they should all look exactly like what they would do if they had the means.
