Nice wheels! How much did they cost you? And, are they TPMS compatible?

They were 950 UKP all in, including the Potenza SO3's - so ~1500 USD depending on exchange rates!

TPMS? sorry being dumb here what does this stand for?

They don't have TPMS in the UK (if I recall correctly), I could be wrong on that one.

Are those black Mazda wheel centers? I've never seen those before, I've seen the black rotary centers though.

Not bad, I like them. I'm curious about the centers as well. I haven't seen the black caps either.

Thanks everyone.

TPMS - we don't get in the UK as brovoo pointed out.

The wheels are from a distributer in the UK,
Wheel Mania
the style is called vermont. They also do them in chrome and 20"

As for the center caps, when i ordered them they asked what car they were going on, I thought so they could check the offset etc - but when they came they had supplied a set of 4 metallic stickers to put in the center caps.

I had to put some 3mm spacers behind the wheels as the gap between the brake calipers and the inside of the wheel was minimal.

As for tyre size, I looked around for 225x45x18 and they seemed quite rare here in the UK, only a couple of people stocked them and they were on average 30UKP more per tyre. The 225x40x18 were much more common and could be sourced for around 125UKP so decided to go for them.

I do agree that the picture above makes the gap look bad, infact people have commented thinking the alloys look smaller in the photo above! I will take some more soon, have had rear under deflector and front flaps fitted and it all looks a bit neater.

I think also that the UK spec cars have a larger fender gap to start with.

Here's a couple more taken more recently after some wet'n'black and a coat of Autoglym EGP on the bodywork.

Gap doesn't look as bad in these ones...

Thx Tony, we spent ages looking for something a bit different that would suit the 8 and both our tastes.
