18x7...ooh that's way to skinny. If those fit, I wouldn't put it on mine.

 

Yes they will fit, but why downgrade to a 7 inch width when the stock is 18*8?

 

i dont have 18's...i currently have the 16x7's

 

ohh, well then they should fit. and it looks like that hole will accept the TPMS sensor. but one way to for sure find out is call the manufacturer

 

They should fit.The 225/45/18 (which is the stock 18" tire) will fit on a 7"to 9" rim.
