Need Help ASAP

On my way home last night a dog crossed me in a small freeway i tried to avoid it but cliped it with the driverside bumper and went over it withe front driver wheel. I am now missing the wheel well/left mud guard, but since i just purchased my rx8 a month ago i am not fully familiar with the components of what components were under that mud guard, i now have a loose plug hanging by itself and dont know where it goes to. can anyone provide a picture of the front drivers wheel without the mud guards and wheel well.
i will upload pictutres when i get home to provide more info. as to what i need.
i have 2005 rx8

Loose plug, do you mean electrical plug? If so then likely it's either your side marker light (for turn signaling) or possible your fog light which I doubt. Another possibility is maybe the plug that goes to the headlight level sensor which is attached around where the control arms are on the left side

We need pictures to help.

@r24power sorry to say no, i might have just injured his back legs but that freeway i use to get home has alot of trucker traffic so when i went back around to see if he was ok and to see for any dropped pieces unfortunately the truckers made a mess. ;(

I dont think its for my headlight at all. everything seems to be working lights, signal light, high beams and all that.

the plug is an electrical plug, but it dosent seem long enough to fit anywere its only about a six inch slack, im thinking who ever owned it before i did had aftermarket lights put into the bumper holes.

im adding some pictures i was able to get sent from home, so sorry if they arent great.

just added pics im now thinking that the plug was never connected, since i purchased it certified pre-owned they guy from the dealer told me that they took out a couple of aftermarket parts so the plug might have been for something that was removed.

let me know if something looks like its missing im also not sure if a fan was supposed to go there under the mud guard
