I have a WB 8 also, and and plan on going with with white RG2's with greater offset (gun meatal is in close, in second place).

The place that sells the wheels, put my car up on the hoist to check for fit. I was skeptical but they called someone and said it was possible, so we tried. All 3 of us, MOTIVATED sales guy, shop guy and myself saw that the rear was doable but there is no way to make the front work, the rim was much wider than the fender. Even if you went with a narrower tire to try and make it work (stretched look), it would have looked really weird having the rim stick out wider than the fenders. It was beyond rolling fenders because it was beyond them.

I'm really curious though about ypur friend's set up, any chance you or him can post pics?

18 x 9.0 Advan RZ on 245/40/18 +35 offset on all four corners.

No fender rolling.

Will this rub or do I need to go +45 offset?
