We don't have the worst roads Jason, we just have too much damn construction all the time where they **** up our roads. The best roads that I've ever been on is the Autobahn in Berlin and through out Germany. Just too smooth, and the roads are build a lot better than out here in the U.S.

Your right about not having the worst roads.... That goes to Irving Texas. They have the worst by far. They are slabs of concret and they are not even, so the ride is so hard....

Remember that in this country, roads and related structures are built by private companies contracted by the various levels of government. And they are always built by the lowest bidder.

Think about that next time you drive over a long-span bridge.

That's if they ever finish them JT! 'round here it takes three-4 times as long to complete as it should. They start a lot of projects and then skip around to appear like some progress is being made. If I were that inefficient I'd never get work!!!

Where did you find these for 160 each? I saw on them on edge racing for 240, elsewhere for 200.

Did either of you guys bother to actually read the info in the link that Cosmos posted?

Certain sizes, colors, and offsets of the FN01RC are on sale right now at Edge Racing. I bought a set of 17x9 +35mm flat black wheels three weeks ago for $159 each. With 255/40-17 Toyo RA-1 track tires, centering rings, caps, and lugnuts the whole package was ~$1400 shipped to my door.

The sale is still going on right now. A quick check shows that you can get a set of these exact wheels (FN01RC, flat black, 17x9, +35mm offset) paired with 255/40-17 Azenis for $1088 before shipping. That's a hell of a deal.

Sorry to offend your sensibilities, princess. Just trying to give the OP the facts.

Jesus… are you normally this easily offended?

Cosmos was trying to provide the original poster with some useful information. Your sum total “contribution” to this thread was to insinuate that Cosmos was either lying or mistaken. I chimed in with some additional information that backed up what Cosmos posted, questioned whether you’d actually done a minimum amount of research before you posted your “contribution”, and apparently hurt your little feelings in the process.

If being corrected bothers you that much, then maybe you ought to dig a little deeper next time before you post.

it was actually a question to cosmos - not a statement that he was lying or incorrect. in fact i have a lot of respect for cosmos since he and i have done business in the past and he's a standup guy who seems to know what he's talking about. i have already done my research when i was looking for mine but prices change so i was just checking to see what the market was right now.

to think that you could have hurt my feelings is quite funny to me. all i said was that you made yourself look like an *** b/c helping the OP would have been much easier to do but you wanted to try to show a couple of people up. it's funny to me and nothing more but continue believing what you would like. i think the OP has the information available on those now so i have nothing more to add.
