Left Lower Lateral Link??
So I brought my car in for some recalls and other warranty work, and I get a call saying that my left lower lateral link was damaged. She really didn't give me much detail, other than that it would have happened from "being hit". Now I was rear ended once, and they fixed it at their body shop. But they told me that they would have noticed it if it had happened then, and I also had snow tires put on and off so they would have noticed it then. So she was implying that the damage was new. I really don't know what could have caused this so I can't say for certain if I did or didn't cause this. But it ended up costing me $200. If anyone knows anything about this part or what it would take to damage it, or really anything, please let me know. I have a feeling these people are trying to **** me over. Although I guess "trying" is the wrong word since they already did it.

ask for the damaged part back. if you paid for the part, and it is not covered under warranty, i believe by law if you ask for your parts back that they replaced, they have to give them to you.
