Kuhmo Ecsta
Kuhmo Ecsta's 225/40/18. Are they any good? and will this tire fit an RX8?

Yes. They will fit but you will have more space between the tire and fender. The overall height of the tire will be shorter than the stock size. How much this will affect gear ratios and such is beyond me but it's something to consider. A 245/40/18 is much closer in overall height as the stock size but wider. The price is fantastic. Especially if you don't have to pay shipping.

The Ecsta SUPRA is an awesome tire, the Ecsta 712 and 711 suck *****, they are not worth a damn.

for the price .. the kumho Ecstas SUPRAs mind you the Z rated ones.. are the best tyres i have ever owned in that price range ... not once did i hear screeching.. total control.. compared to shitty contis..
