I need some opinion on these custom made rims

Just like the title states wheels can be custom as far as offset and dish depth...

Let me know your opinion guys since summer is right around the corner and tax money are going for the wheels.

By the way my 8 is VR in color

Thanks your opinion would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe I'm am just old but once you factor in tires your over $4,500. Unless your rich I would find other things to spend the money on. Or even other mods for your 8, $4,500 for wheels and tires seems like a waste to me.

Now once again this is not a final decision on me buying them, I'm talking to the guys now if they have same like set-up at a cheaper rate. I am willing to settle in these if I get a bundle wheels + rims. My 350z rims+wheels were $3900

This Axis Penta is kind of close and you can get a set of 4 for $1,600. You can get nice wheels/tires for under $2,500 and have $$$ leftover for sways & struts.

that's way too much money to spend on wheels/tires, I agree with expo

you could turbo your 8 instead with that....if that's what you are in to.

A powdercoat shop can make a rim look any color for a reasonable amount of money.

I seriously thought about that as well but thats what i got my z for. My z was sitting in the shop 2nd day after i purchased it getting turbo installed. Two turbo cars is nah too much in my opinion maintenance is very expensive for the 2 already...

Expo1,

I totally agree but when you truly price things out you still get the same amount. Lets say the rims you offered for example.
1600 for rims + about 150 powder coat per rim + tires it will end up pretty close anyways...

Powder Coating is not that expensive, I had a set of four OEM's coated black for less than $300.

It's your $$$ but since you have sways & struts already I would buy a set of cheap 17", track tires, better brake pads and use the left over money for track time.

Expo1,

it might be cheaper in jersey but not here. I called about 20 different shops on was quoted 150 per wheel being the best.

Track is well indeed down the road can't wait till it gets warmer....

Dude, you went from getting ready to spend about $1000 per wheel to $1000 for the whole set. What gives???
