not all dealers are terrible... I had a quality conversation with my dealership and their willingness to help with things under warranty.

I don't bring my car there for anything other than basic maintenance (easier to keep records and whatnot with the motor warrantied for 7 years), but I wouldn't lump them all as terrible.
