I have never been a fan of Gold wheels.
It has to do with all these dumb punks running around San Antonio in some riced out Dodge Neons with some $49 set of gold hubcaps from Pep Boys, tryng to send a message of "$$$$ Baby $$$$$ Money $$$$ It's about the Benjamins $$$$"
So personally, that ruins it for everyone. IMO neither RX8's or Mercedes or any other manufacturor across the board looks good with gold wheels, thanks to these guys.

Utopia Taco Bell
I own a wwp 8 and have posted my share of threads about what people thought of gold on white. Many agree that it's a good look and I would further go on to say that it's very JDM and is proper for a white Japanese sports car.
That being said, I ended up changing my mind and getting all black rims (O.Z. Ultraleggera). Why? Because it looks more menacing and stealth. I'm too old (31) to be making too flashy a statment by rocking championship gold wheels.
I say if you want a light, flashy, proper Japanese look go gold.
If you want to look tough, understated, and dramatic go black.
Either way, we're lucky, because wwp goes with any color rim, be it gold, black, silver, or chrome.

Coool, found another.
Looks nice, I'm actually looking for wheels for my wwp.
Just looking for now to get an idea for later.
I was thinking Weds Sports SA70 black chrome finish, or the enkei rpo3's sbc finish.
But who knows! Things I might see in this thread might curb my decision. :D
