Hotchkis Sway-bars

So I am thinking about buying a set of Hotchkis Sway-Bars for my RX-8 for autocross use. I was wondering if anyone knew of the best settings to have the front and rear bars on as they are 3 way adjustable. Or should I just go ***** out and leave them both at the stiffest?

I have progress tech sway bars and for autocross I go medium setting in the front and hard in the back. Gotta get the car to rotate somehow. It feels slower but my times are faster with the *** end hanging out around all the corners.

I have had the hotchkis sways for almost 2 yrs. I leave them set full stiff all the time. Not doing any autocrossing but we do quite a few mountain and canyon runs. They feel great to me. I did end up upgrading my endlinks for some reason I kept breaking rear ones. The plastic internal kept giving out
