Both, its good to have someone to help hold the setup. You can move it around, but beware of the line that is attached, I stretched mine pretty good before I saw it (not sure what the line is, but I'm sure its not good to tear it!)
Read swankmonkey's coilover install instructions. They give good detail on how to remove the stock shocks.

I have had my tein s-tech springs on now for about two months and no ride quality is lost, the car rides excellent. What kind of driving do you do? How many miles do you have on your car? I have 11,000 on mine.
hey all ....well i just wanted to tell everyone thanks for all of your help!!! im done with 3 springs and starting the last one in about 10 min......(dinner time) so thanks again....
punishr.......i have 6000 on my car and really just use it to go to and from work and go to my friends house.......i really dont push the car all that much ......im more a person that likes how the cars looks rather than how it performs...that is why i bought the springs instead of the intake.......
thanks again all!!!

you can get around removing both a arms up front but the back youll need to remove both ball joints... i had my stechs on in about 35mins and have had no ride quality problems yet..so far rides as good as factory but i only have 890 miles on mine so i guess ill find out
