help with rim size

help with rim size

i would like to go 18x10 all around on my rx-8 will that work? on my 350z i had staggered rims 18x10 in the rear and 18x8 in the front i didnt really like that look and wouldnt want to do that on the rx-8 is it possible to go 18x10 all around on the rx-8? if so how?

Yes you can do that

Team had 18x9.5 +45 FYI.... RPF1 no make 10" +45.

10" +45 is good.

oh sorry....he also had some other wheels that were 18x10.5 +43

Just to give you some insight. I am installing some SSR wheels on my 8 that are sized 19 x 9.5 +40 all around, so 10" +45 should fit, but you heard it from the experts above. GL.

thanks, hey kenny i notice in your pic it looks like your rear tire sticks out a little, after putting my rims on my rear does that as well and when i drive on certain surfaces the tire rubs on the inside lip of the rear quarter panel, does yours do that as well? is that ok?

hey man...are you lowered? Mine are not rubbing at all. But I also have a gap now b/c of the shorter overall diameter. I forget it you are dropped or not ?? Also what size tires are you running? Thats a lot of rubber! Post some pics!
