help!

Hey guys, i was wondering about something and ive been getting completely different answers from everyone i ask. so heres the deal, i want to SLAMMMMM my 8 lol im pretty sure coil overs would be the best way to go but im short on cash so i bought some sprint springs and that lowered it about 2 inches all around. if i were to cut them what would happen? my friend cut his and his car rides good still but my other friend cut his and it feels like a trampoline in there :/ thats exactly what im trying to avoid. so does anyone have any suggestions? or know what would happen? all help will be greatly appreciated :]

if you want to "SLAMMMMM" your car then you can't do it if you're short on cash.
Personally I think it's a ridiculous thing to do but if that's what you want then you'll either need coilovers or an air suspension.
do not cut your springs. Retarded 15 year old kids with Honda Civic hatchbacks cut their springs.

Your as low as you can go now with those sprint springs any lower and your ride will suck.

How about an air system?

^^^ you really haven't researched this much, have ya...

read up on this, THEN if you still have questions come back and let us know.
check out the pros / cons of lowering a car drastically and then decide what you want to do and what you can afford to do.

Your faster because you didn't hit the tire wall.

HA! So true. But in all reality, if you cut off about a total of 6" of your spring, you're ride quality increased dramatically AND rebound & dampening is greatly increased!

Sure, you can cut 2" or 3" off your Sprint springs to slam it - get it even lower than buddys Civic, no prob.

Post pictures.

....and don't title your thread 'Help'. That just pisses me off.
