Full size spare questions

Firstly, I found no real answers in my search results.

I have a fifth stock rim & tire and have the following questions, hopefully someone here has some answers before I talk to the dealer (always a crapshoot).

1. Will a full-size spare fit the trunk mounting hardware?

2. Will a fifth TPMS transmitter on-board confuse the receiver/processor?

And that leads to question 3:

3. Assuming the answer to both questions is "yes", what are your opinions on balancing the spare WITHOUT the TPMS module and just using it as a dedicated spare, not rotating it on the right side and replacing it as soon as possible?

I'm running the stock 5-spoke silver alloy rims & Dunlops, 18".

TIA

I found the answer to question 1: NO. A full-size spare will not fit in the trunk on the spare tire mounting bracket.

Still working on #2 and #3 remains hypothetical.

i doubt that the tpms system will be confused since the tpms device on the wheel is activated by rotational force and since the wheel isnt rotating, I don't think it would interfere but I'm really not completely sure
