You could do it one by one. Just make sure you put the jack stands securely and hand brake the car.

Undo the swaybar links and do them all one by one, DO NOT HAVE THE HANDBRAKE ON WHEN DOING THE REARS. Get on level ground or use chocks on the front wheels.

thanks for all the help and advice guys. i finished the rears today in the afternoon.
took my car out for a test drive and the tein flex's made it feel like a whole different car. (=

car is slightly lower than stock height though )=
i forgot to adjust the height before i bolted everything down.

is there anyway to adjust height without having to take the coilovers out?

It's coilovers right? Then it's adjustable to your preference. Why do you need to take it out?

Make sure to make set it even from side to side, front and rear. The best way to do so would be to find a shop with scales, corner balancing is possibly the most important part of a suspension setup. A good shop shouldn't quote more than 200$ if all they're doing is corner balancing and no other tuning is involved.
Also get an alignment as soon as possible

Thread revival! So I started installing my coilovers tonight and got the left front coil in with out too much of a hassle. I started on the other side and got all the bolts off the top, the 17m bolt out of the bottom and the two out of the a arm like i did previously on the other side. Now as I slid the bottom of the shock assembly out twards the rotor it took alot more effort and once it clearned the spot it was mounted on, it decompressed down about a half inch. The other side didn't do this to me and was easy enough to slide out, but now that the right side has seemed to decompress there is no room at all to try and wiggle it out. I have the whole front end jacked up on jack stands so thats not the problem, any help or advice is appreciated. here are some pics so you guys can see what I'm talking about.
