forgestar rims

Im looking at 2 sets of forgestar rims for my car and cant decide which one i want.
I will be running 19x10 +38 and 275 or 265/35 all around. I will be getting the real carbon overlay option (they offer a painted which im apposed to) with the carbon center caps. Also may get color matched time attack stripe here are a few pictures of the wheels to show what they look like and concave. I will also be adding a carbon roof this summer if eveything goes right and accolade fenders this fall.

my car (carbon ms rear, carbon trunk and ms spoiler)

cf5

f14 (i believe the carbon is the paint on while the cf5 is the real deal)

F14 carbon would be my choice; remember if you decide to get 265's, you can probably get away with 19x10 +35.

F14 Carbon w/time attack. It matches with the color of your car. My choice, your decision anyway. Good luck with your final choice.

If I had the cash I would get the F14s in a heartbeat. Pretty much my favorite rims by far.

the only reason im concidering the cf5 is the fact the f14's are getting all too comon not quite rpf1 status but getting there. I like the yellow stripe only because i believe it breaks up the black rim from the black tire like on this car, this is more to get peoples opinions about what to get and to make sure im not too crazy for wanting the carbon

that looks horrible. I would hope if i go that route it will be a bit mor classy and match

in 19s the rims are 1600 actually very cheap with the options the offer (custom offsets and 5 colors+carbon) the wheels are flow formed as the rpf1 as i understand. i think weight for a 19x10 is 23 and some change. carbon is a 2100 option unless you go fake i was told its the 3m film vinyl but could be painted even that is 1200. time attack is 200 and they will color match to the car if you provide a paint code.

so over all not bad for what you get if you dont mind a wait i have read up to 6 months when they first started making the f14. i was told 4-6 weeks for build on the options i want

Do you like the F05's? I think they are clean. But I agree, the F14's are not as original. But everyone has rims they love, get what you love.

Too much polish?

lol dont forget these but the ~10k price tag makes me cringe. that first set of 360's turned me onto the cf5 believe it or not. And i think im getting more hip to the time attack after these pictures on the carbon. damn you 9k no more options. Then i ahve to do tires too

Get the CF's man, with yellow time attack. Finish that beast off nicely. Of course Piano black looks legit too.

dont forget the 20k set of wedsports at ~6lbs each in all dry carbon in reality i expect to damage the finish over time and what you get at the cost seems like a win win by going with forgestar. but damn those 360 on that ferrari are hott

Spending that kind of cash on wheels is nuts unless you are making a **** load of money.

i figured 4k on rims and 1200-1500 on tires is deep enough for my pockets its a quarter i paid for the damn car, and a quarter of the mods in total. I Think/I hope?

after some looking around and talks with richie over at auto rnd it looks like i have made my choice based on what I felt was the least done/less chance of problems.

Also it looks like i will be going the 275 tire route because of more options and availability.

so the soonest you will see them is 8-10 weeks unless there are problems with funds or their scheduling.
