check the vendors here, if no one can get them check out the subaru forums...tons of wheel vendors.

does Rays even offer them in flat black or does it have to be custom ordered?

Vorrsten(the best volk copy out right now) offers a flat black version.

those varrstoen are very nice.. but a little too much.
i think im going to just buy some rims and paint them,

Probably the best idea.

I would just look for a used set and then powder coat.
