Enthusiast's (non-racer) impressions of MS strut brace
First of all, I love this car for how it drove and handled right off the lot. But as all of you know, we get caught up in the "personalizing" of our baby. I started with Silverstars since my base winning Blue lacked the HID lighting..on to the RB oil cooler and ac condenser guards and Green drop-in air filter but yeterday I installed my front MS strut tower brace (in about 30 minutes) not really sure what kind of effect it was going to have. Maybe it's all in my head but there is a noticeable difference. It feels even "tighter" if you can believe that and the brake feel is more solid (as if it was ever spongey). It definitely looks good. Bought it from Rosenthal along with a bling-bling MS oil reservoir cap (thing is heavy) Happy motoring guys, I guess the clear sides are next then WHEELS!!!!!!!

Sorry about no pics but this post really wasn't about how it looked. There's plenty of pic's available, even a D.I.Y. Do a search. I was just commenting on how I really didn't think I would notice a difference but I DID!!!! And I am glad for it? You bet. For pics try this link..... http://64.9.213.132/rx8club.com/foru...ht=strut+brace

I am interested if someone did get to put back the engine cover on top of the MS strut bar. Few people indicate that it is possible with some trimming, but I could not find a pic or instructions on what does that involve...
Any ideas/leads?
Thanks in advance.
