the brakes are from centric and the pads are some high end pep boys stuff (raybestas?) i paid 150 for the brake rotors and to have them installed with new pads costs 180...no pics yet cuz im at work...the rotors are drilled and slotted...i have a personal mechanic that wants me to keep a close eye on them...they work great and feel alot better than stock...

Man... I have a fear of buying cross-drilled rotors...
The last set I bought, they were actually an Ebay set.. I think it might have been for my 240 or my Civic, I can't remember. But even though the stopping power was great, those cross-drilled holes acted like a cheesegrater and just tore into my pads...

My ebay experiance with cross drilled rotors is not good. They definately looked nice and even performed nice at first , but my rotors eventually became slick (almost like the pads burned them) and the pads would no longer bite into the rotors. I took them off as I was instructed by my mechanic and took off the shiney/slick surface with a wire wheel. I put them back on the car and they worked fine for a short time, but again became slick. Obviously mine were made with inferior metals. I hope you have better luck, but a good rule of thumb is you get what you pay for.
